All Delivery are handled by via Careem. If is Live tracking available, we will send to our customers via WhatsApp. 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extensions and related products arestrictly non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, used, or if the seal has been broken. Please note that custom-made extensions are non-refundable.
