3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded only upon our explicit acceptance (e.g. via email confirmation).

4. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in AED.

Payments are processed via the payment methods available in our online shop, including:

5. Delivery
Delivery is available exclusively within Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Ready to ship within 1-4 days, via the delivery partner Careem.

Delivery Conditions:

•Orders are processed for delivery 1-4 days were possible

•Delivery depends on availability and operational conditions

•The correct adress has been kindly provided by the buyer

Additional Information:

•Delivery times are non-binding unless explicitly agreed otherwise

•Delays caused by the delivery service provider are beyond our control

•We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer

•Orders places while the shop is in vacation mode will be shipped at the earliest possible opportunity

6. Returns & Exchanges (Hygiene Products)
Due to hygiene reasons, returns and refunds are generally not accepted

An exchange of hair extensions (e.g. for a different color) may be approved upon prior agreement. This applies:

•on a case-by-case basis

•once per order only

Conditions for exchange:

•Products must not be opened or used

•Extensions must not be applied to natural hair

•No signs of use or damage

•Original packaging must be intact and complete

•The seal/tag attached to the adhesive strip must not be removed

•Returns are not accepted for change of mind (wrong shade, scent, preverence)

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if these conditions are not met.

7. Product Disclaimer

•Color variations between images and actual products may occur

•Our extensions are handmade; slight weight variations may occur

•We do not guarantee color matching recommendations

8. Warranty (Defects)
Customers are entitled to their statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law.
In case of defective products, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Liability
We are liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Place of jurisdiction is Dubai, where legally permitted.

12. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
